It’s so fun to see your closest family and friends come together for your big day and to capture the emotions and personalities of it all.

We’ll be sharing some quick tips and techniques for capturing stunning wedding party photos that showcase the connection and camaraderie among the bridesmaids, groomsmen, and the couple themselves. These tips will help you immortalize the energy and beauty of your wedding party in every frame.

Here are some of our go-to tips & techniques for wedding party photos:

• If you do a first look, we suggest doing photos of your full wedding party and finishing the full group before the ceremony.

• If you don’t do a first look, we still suggest doing photos of the bridesmaids and groomsmen separately before the ceremony.

• We’ll also make sure to grab individual shots of the two of you with each member of your wedding party.

• We know you want your wedding to be a blast for all of your best friends. So we’ll get a few traditional photos then try to capture all of you having fun and being yourselves.

Don’t forget: Before any formal photos, make sure to get everyone’s bouquets ready and boutonnières on!

Bridesmaid Tip: When holding your flowers, put your thumbs at your belly button.

Pro Tip: We always try to do photos of the flower girls and ring bearers first because we know attention spans can be short!
