1. What was your favorite moment of your wedding day? Favorite moment was the first look, when we saw each other for the first time, and how excited we both felt to finally marry each other. And the photos to follow that moment are some of our favorites!! 2. Were there any funny moments to be remembered forever about your day? Where there any mishaps? The cake was extremely lopsided and looked like the leaning tower of Pisa. But it tasted really good so it made up for how silly it looked. A funny mishap was how the Groom wore a white jacket and before the first look saw a few people coming into the wedding, and someone accidentally got their RED lipstick on his coat. Luckily we were able to model it out of the photos and ended up being a good marker for the bride to put her hand. It rained many times, but it was beautiful because there was such a lovely rainbow that really made the day special. 3, Were the any special traditions or customs We didn’t go too traditional, but we added some fun flare to the traditions! We tossed the garter on a football that said “The Mondragon Wedding”. We added an Ice Cream Truck to compliment the cake and we did a first look which was the best decision we could have made for our wedding day! 4. Do you have any advice for a future bride to be/or groom before their wedding? Plan, plan, plan for everything to go off schedule. Remember to be vocal about your needs and what you want, it’s your day and as long as you aren’t hurting anyone you deserve to have it your way! Be sure to print and laminate (it might rain and it did) the days itinerary so you know what is going to happen next so you don’t have to keep asking people because your mind will magically go blank and the wedding you have been planning will disappear from your brain.
